- A stale or wrong listing. Send the page address and what you saw. Price corrections get handled the same day.
- A deal tip. Include the retailer and the item. We check the price history before it goes up, so a tip is not a guarantee it gets listed.
- A guide correction. If a buying guide gives advice that is wrong or out of date, tell us which section.
- Advertising or partnerships. Put the topic in the subject line.
Outside what we do
DealNook is an independent editorial site, not a store. We do not sell anything, process payments, ship products, or handle returns. We are not able to look up an order, cancel one, issue a refund, or contact a retailer on your behalf. If you bought something through a link here, the retailer holds the order and their customer service is the right place to go. We have no access to your account with them.
We also do not give personalized purchasing advice by email. The buying guides cover how to choose within a category, and that is the most useful thing we have.
Response times
Email is the only channel we monitor, and we read every message. Expect a reply within two business days. Corrections and stale-price reports jump the queue because a wrong price on this site is worse than no price at all.
